We want you to absolutely enjoy your SAMCHUK purchase! If for any reason your order doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return part or all of it within 7 days of receiving your package.
Key Points to Keep in Mind

Condition of Items – Products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all tags, labels, and protective stickers. Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration will not be accepted.

Return Costs – The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the Buyer and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Return Location – Returns should be sent from the country of delivery. Sending items from a different location may lead to additional fees or delays due to customs procedures.

Authorized Shipping – We are not responsible for returns sent through unauthorized postal services.

Contact Information – Please provide a local phone number so the courier can coordinate the pickup.

Exchanges – At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. To swap an item, return it and place a new order.

Cash on Delivery Orders – Refunds for COD purchases are issued as store credit points to your account.
How to Initiate a Return
Before starting, review our Refund Policy to ensure your return qualifies. Once confirmed, follow these steps:
- Courier Confirmation – Within one business day, you will receive an email from the courier with shipping instructions and documents. If no label is received, contact our customer service.

Prepare Your Package – Remove any previous shipping labels. Include the printed return invoice in the package and attach the return label (AWB) provided. The courier will contact you to schedule pickup, or the date may be listed on your return label. For multiple orders, submit separate return requests but consolidate items into one shipment if possible, including all invoices.

Send the Parcel – Hand over the package and documents to the courier for return to our warehouse.
Refund Process

Returns usually reach our warehouse within 7-12 business days, excluding customs clearance time.

You will receive an email once your refund has been processed.

If you do not hear from us within 7 days, please contact our customer service team.

Keep your shipment tracking details until the refund is received.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method or another method provided during the return process.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and refunds cannot be sent to third parties.
